Kathryn Parker, PhD, is senior director of the Teaching and Learning Institute at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and assistant professor in the Department of Paediatrics at the University of Toronto, an affiliated scholar with the Wilson Centre for Research in Education and evaluation consultant to the Centre for Interprofessional Education at the University of Toronto. In 2013, she was awarded the AMS Phoenix Fellowship to explore the value and utility of a new program evaluation framework.

Allison McIntyre Allison W. McIntyre, MPH, CCRC, is clinical program administrator for patient reported outcomes at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, New York. She received her bachelor of science degree from Cornell University and her masters degree in public health from the University of Rochester and has spent the last 30 years working in the medical field, primarily as a clinical research coordinator. As the senior health project coordinator for the Department of Orthopaedics at URMC, Allison managed a busy clinical research team and more than 100 research studies while also coordinating the pilot collections of patient reported outcomes in a clinical setting. This early work, and additional effort by a great team of dedicated individuals, has resulted in an efficient and effective collection system that tracks patient reported pain interference, physical function status and mood in outpatient clinics across URMC.
