Kathryn Parker, PhD, is senior director of the Teaching and Learning Institute at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and assistant professor in the Department of Paediatrics at the University of Toronto, an affiliated scholar with the Wilson Centre for Research in Education and evaluation consultant to the Centre for Interprofessional Education at the University of Toronto. In 2013, she was awarded the AMS Phoenix Fellowship to explore the value and utility of a new program evaluation framework.
