John P. Mulligan, MD, MBA, FACEP Dr. John Mulligan is a Managing Partner at Emergency Physicians Medical Group, PC and is a Regional Vice President for sites in Illinois, Indiana and Iowa. Dr. Mulligan received his BS from Loyola University Chicago and his medical degree from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Dr. Mulligan received his executive MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Business. He also served eight years in the US Army as a medical officer.
